Rosehael is home to two distinct groups of humans: one nomadic group that exists about the lakes in the central areas of this semi-arid land, and metropolitan city-dwellers on the coasts who are almost like Retupani. Each views the other as a natural part of Rosehael, but there isn’t much coming and going between them. Lots of trade, however, as the nomads bring resources from the central areas which the coastals are more than happy to buy to resell to outsiders.
