The people of Elohos are a bit strange, some say because of the proximity to the Ever-Shifting Sands, whose sands are blown a few grains at a time over the land. The Elohoi are human, but violent and boastful. They love to fight with their neighbors, and when they tire of that, they fight with one another. The Elohoi tolerate traders, because they covet the rare goods from elsewhere, but a good merchant would never appear without a good contingent of bodyguards to make sure they left.
